Maintenance Agreements

We offer a variety of maintenance programs designed to fit your needs, please see the list below for some of the options available to you.

Basic Service Agreement

Includes; travel and labor costs associated with performing scheduled preventative maintenance service.  Vaporizer output concentration verification is performed during each scheduled preventative maintenance visit.  Technical telephone support 24x7x365.  **The Basic Service Agreement does not include the cost of installed parts or travel and labor charges associated with unscheduled emergency repair service.

Standard Service Agreement

Includes; travel and labor costs associated with performing scheduled preventative maintenance service including costs of manufacturer recommended PM Kits and routine replacement parts.  Vaporizer output concentration verification is performed during each scheduled preventative maintenance visit.  Technical telephone support 24x7x365.  Travel and labor charges are also included for one unscheduled emergency service call between each scheduled visit per service contract.  **The Standard Service Agreement does not include emergency repair parts or travel and labor charges associated with additional unscheduled emergency repair service.

Comprehensive Service Agreement

Includes; travel and labor costs associated with performing scheduled preventative maintenance service and unscheduled emergency repair service calls, manufacturer recommended PM Kits and emergency repair parts.  Vaporizer output concentration verification performed during each scheduled preventative maintenance visit.  Technical telephone support 24x7x365.  The Comprehensive Service Agreement provides a fixed cost for complete coverage of all necessary maintenance and repair service on the equipment.
